Thank you Phantom, also dgap. By way of explanation, it's a callistemon (bottle brush) bush, with the viewfinder centred on one of the flowers, a small aperture giving a long exposure, then the zoom pulled while the shutter's open. Add a vignette from lightroom and that's it.
