Well, as Phanty doesn't seem to be around to catch me, I'll use my status as "winner last week" to set the challenge for this week. I'll go for "Looking up" - with the thought that, if you had to crane your neck to take the picture, then it deserves inclusion.

Spent the weekend at the Local Relay for Life as the official photographer for the event. Having raised over $400,000 things are looking up for kicking cancer in the butt. I'm hoping that The Phantom will emerge from his dark corner and judge this week's comp. If he doesn't come out by this evening, I'll try the difficult task of selecting a winner myself!

Thanks and sorry, Vally. The town is currently full of flowering Jacarandas with more still to bloom so it seemed the obvious choice for "looking up." Just so long as you look out for one of many tourist coaches first!

Well, it looks as if it's decision time, thanks for to everyone for some good entries. Much as I enjoyed the jacarandas (look forward to some here soon), this week it's congrats to vally for the "high rise" image that I think best reflects the topic.

Well that wasn't expected. Sure the jacaranda had it. Thanks tiabunna for the win and for looking after the comp. Let's hope Phantom can get himself out of whatever predicament he's gotten himself into by next week.

No truth to the rumour that Phantom is serving weekend detention, is there? Maybe he has let the pressure of his celebrity status get the better of him and has become a recluse? I look forward to Friday to see if he shows. Maybe someone else can shed some light on his Agatha Christie like absence?
